Carrying out products and precautions

• Please contact us by 4:30 the day before to schedule the pick-up date and time and the name of the pick-up company.

  • Please refrain from contact the yard directly.

  If you do not contact us in advance, we will not able to carry it out.

  • If it is unavoidable to pick up on the same day, we will charge ￥5000 as an additional work fee.

• At the time of pick-up, we may refuse loading work if it is done in a vehicle that violates the law or a truck or trailer that poses a safety problem.

• When the product has already been put in the delivery place at the time of exhibition.

  • ▪Payment must be made within one week after the auction ends, and pick-up within two weeks. A penalty of ￥10,000 per week will be charged for delays in unloading.

• If the pick-up location is the vender’s yard.

  (Overseas successful bid)

  After the contract is concluded, we will promptly refurbish it to the designated “export second-party" by our arrangement. Domestic forwarding fee will be billed on the auction invoice.

  (Domestic successful bid)

  • ▪It will be handed over on the car.
  • ▪Please be sure to follow our instructions when picking up. Direct contact with exhibitors is not possible.
  • ▪If two weeks have passed since the successful bid date, we will renovate the yard to our designated yard. All costs incurred in that case shall be borne by the successful bidder.
  • ▪We are not responsible for storage after 3 weeks have passed since the successful bid.

• (If the delivery location is our designated yard)

  • ▪The winning bidder will be responsible for picking up the machine.
  • ▪Items that cannot be self-propelled will be handled differently depending on the yard. Please be sure to check in advance before picking up.

• The successful bidder will be responsible for any accidents or troubles after the delivery. We cannot take any responsibility.

• The successful bidder will be responsible for all damage caused by any factor, such as oil leakage, sticking, rust, electrical system failure and other due to climate over time or other external facts.
