Article 1 Scope of application of this regulation
This regulation stipulates the handing of fees related to auction sellers and auction buyers.

Article 2 Definition
The terms used in these Terms shall be in accordance with the definitions set forth in the User Terms of Use and Auction Rules,except as otherwise provided in these Terms.

Article 3 Commission
1. At the auction, the member must pay the following fees to the Company.
All the amount is excluding tax.2. Even if the sales contract is canceled or invalidated due to the cancellation of the auction buyer, the auction seller is unavoidable to pay the fees in the following paragraph to the party who canceled the contract.
However, this does not apply if the contract is canceled according to Article 12 of the auction agreement.
Fees incurred by auction sellers

- When the winning bid is 1,000,000yen or less
- 20,000yen+tax
- When the winning bid exceeds 1,000,000yen and is 2,000,000yen or less
- 35,000yen+tax
- When the winning bid is exceeds 2,000,000yen and is 4,000,000yen or less
- 55,000yen+tax
- When the winning bid exceeds 4,000,000yen
- 80,000yen+tax
・When the exhibited product is sold and trading price is paid to us By the auction buyer, the commission set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be deducted from the trading price.

- When the winning bid is 1,000,000yen or less
- 7,000yen+tax
- When the winning bid exceeds 1,000,000yen and is 2,000,000yen or less
- 10,000yen+tax
- When the winning bid exceeds 2,000,000yen and is 4,000,000yen or less
- 15,000yen+tax
- When the winning bid exceeds 4,000,000yen
- 30,000yen+tax
●落札商品の引き渡し、売買代金等の精算が完了した後に未精算の費用があることが発覚した場合や、出品商品が最終的に落札されなかった場合（キャンセルなどによる売買契約の取り消しの場合を含む）、当社に支払う必要のある手数料について、当社より合計額を記載した請求書をメールまたはFAXにて送信いたします。
当該メールまたはFAXの受領後5日以内に当社指定口座に当該請求額を振り込んでいただきます。
※ただしオークション規約の規定により契約解除がなされた場合はこの限りではございません。
●会員から当社に対するお支払い、または当社から会員に対するお支払いの際の振込手数料は、振込側の負担となります。
